Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using SecPilot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all analysts, administrators, and organizations using SecPilot.
AI Analysis Disclaimer
- SecPilot uses AI models to assist with incident reporting, phishing analysis, and indicator extraction.
- AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or misclassify benign or malicious activity.
- AI-generated content is intended to support — not replace — qualified analyst judgment.
- You are responsible for validating any AI output before relying on it for operational, legal, or business decisions.
No Guarantees
- SecPilot is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not guarantee that the service will detect, prevent, or remediate security incidents, phishing attempts, malware, or any other threat.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
- Threat intelligence signals from third parties (e.g. VirusTotal) are supplemental and may be inaccurate or outdated.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use SecPilot only for lawful, defensive cybersecurity work. You will not:
- Use the platform to plan, perform, or assist offensive attacks against systems you do not own or are not authorized to test.
- Submit data you are not legally permitted to process.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or access controls.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the service or its outputs without authorization.
- Upload malware for execution; SecPilot performs static analysis only.
- Use SecPilot to harass, dox, or target individuals.
Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, SecPilot and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- This includes — but is not limited to — losses from security incidents, breaches, downtime, data loss, missed detections, false positives, business interruption, or reputational harm.
- Total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for SecPilot in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD $100 — whichever is greater.
User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and sensitivity of data you submit.
- You are responsible for analyst review of all generated reports before distribution or action.
- You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and access.
- You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws and your organization’s policies.
Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or pose risk to other users or the platform’s integrity.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the application or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
